INCOTERM

Incoterms (International commerce terms) — are an internationally recognized standard glossary identifying unambiguous meaning of the most used terms of trade, first of all defining franco responsibility transition from the seller to the customer. Incoterms are standard terms of international selling and buying terms defined by default in an internationally recognized document.

Each term is defined by three-letter trade term related to the obligations transition from the seller to the buyer.

  • E — named place of loading (Departure). EXW…
  • F — free at terminals of the basic shipment, main carriage unpaid. FCA, FAS, FOB…
  • C — at the terminals of main carriage destination, main carriage paid. CIP, CPT, CFR…
  • D — at the consignee, arrival. DDU, DDP, DAP…
